I’m not going to write much since I’m dead tired. A good friend of mine lost her cat yesterday (got startled, slipped out from the leash, dashed away) and we spent most of the day today hanging ~100 posters, asking around, creating a spy network from local grandmas, searching for cats in the area. I found 5 cats but not the one we’ve been looking for… Tired, worried, and hopeful at the same time. If you have a pet, you can probably imagine how it’s like and if you’ve been to Tokyo, you can probably also imagine how hard it is to find anything there. Well, please keep your fingers crossed so that little Neko finds his way home and soon.

    Oh boy. I was kinda hoping that Mr. Snake Dagger was merely creepy and not actually malicious, but this rules that out…

    P.S. I’ve read that putting your cat’s litterbox outside can help them find their way home because of the smell.

      Yep, we heard that one too. Not sure how true it is and how clever a stressed out house-cat can be, but she’s going to try all kinds of tricks. Ideas are welcome!

      He may still not be actually malicious, but it does seem quite unlikely now. We still don’t know what he plans to do, but it seems Sofia won’t have much say in it.

    Yeah… That’s not good. Time for the Dark Sofia arc…
    Kinda looks like he’s more controlling her than her being willing… which is something…
    I had hoped things would get better for her, but I have a feeling things won’t end well for her now.
    I mean, I’m not sure things will end well for anyone here.
    Haven’t quite worked out if this is an “anyone can die” series, of if the main characters have plot armour…
    Of course, the slow speed of webcomics makes it hard to judge. Everyone could be fine for decades in the real world, then you enter the last chapter…
    Still enjoy reading it though.

    I’m curious what he’s going to do, but if Sofia’s eyes are now black then his cover is going to be short-lived. I wonder what his goals are besides possibly getting out of his spiritual prison, and why he was put in there in the first place instead of making him go to the afterlife.

      For cat stuff do they have a favorite, toy, food, or blanket? Placing that near the door outside could help as well with a bell on it to alert the owner when it is used. Food not so much if they have strays though.
