I’m going to admit – I’m tired! So I’m avoiding social media and pretty much trying to find some quiet time after work. It’s work-related, nothing bad is really going on, I just need a breather. Or I don’t know, 4-days work week, maybe, so that I have more than just 2 days for all my hobbies.

Historia is moving forward, I’m finally done with sprites and we’ve started proofreading and adding music. I still need to draw some CGs but we’re getting there!

And I’m also almost done revising my fantasy-horror novel, just need to write the ending, read it all again, and then await feedback from my trusty alpha reader (my fiance). I actually tried to be smarter when drafting this one and I wrote everything except the first chapter and the ending. I just “sketched them out” in a couple of paragraphs to know what I wanted to put there. Those two things always get rewritten anyway… Well, the time has come to fill the gaps and the ending is, in fact, different from what I originally planned ha! I feel like a winner.

      I agree, that was definitely a compliment.
      Now they just need to figure out how to make Tantric Magic work, and they’d be in business. 😁

      Hmm, the wording is a little off for it being a hidden compliment.
      If he had said something like, ‘Because I can’t refuse you’…I’d be right on board with you.

      This way, it sounds like he does not refuse her, because he direly wants it himself.
      Which is, without a doubt, true as well, but does not carry the same weight as ‘cannot refuse you’ (because Nina’s just too sexy to refuse).

      But that’s just my usual nitpicking. 🙂

      Funny how that works, huh?
      Too bad that the fourth wall is so damn impenetrable, otherwise he would likely have been slapped into tomorrow the instant he failed to express himself and his intentions properly.

      That Nina jumped to conclusions right away (misinterpreting Stefen’s ogling as ‘male solidarity’ did not help her preconceptions at all) was not exactly ‘the right way to go about it’ either.

      Why, I think if it had been a more…shall we say ‘forceful’ personality, Filip wouldn’t have had the chance to just ‘walk away’ like that…at least not without a big, red slap mark on his face. 😀

        Being on web is quite hard for fourth wall. Plenty of webcomics ends with fourth wall resembling the Emmental cheese. There are several webcomics characters hearing comments and several reading them. And at least one actually answered.

    As for the ‘problem’, you can find a solution,

    why give us these urges, what’s that all about?

    And are we not prompted to be fruitful and happy?
    There’s more to life than being pure and all sappy.
