Too early

How can you leave her alone like that, Filip~ If you guys are curious what happens next you can consider supporting Replay on Patreon, those with Corporal and Private pledges can see two weeks ahead, you know? They can tell you that the next page is fun. And I’ve got two Corporal slots free if you want a custom avatar. Special thank you for those who pledged last month, it was a pleasure to draw your characters~! (‘∀’●)♡

What else. I’m currently in Poland, waiting for the visa. I’ll be in travel for the most of this week, nothing pleasant, I’m already super jet-lagged and tired. I just hope I’ll have enough consciousness left in me to walk into the correct plane and arrive safely in Japan with all the necessary papers. Those last few days I’ve been mostly just tea-shopping and meeting with my family, everyone’s really excited both about the job in Japan and about the engagement haha, it was fun.

And I’ve been sketching Replay, to have a safe buffer of sketched out pages before I start working. That’s why I still haven’t inked any new First Steps episodes, but I think I’ll work on some tomorrow if time allows. I can’t wait to get back to Japan and experience that double-jet-lag. Ooohhh that’s going to be awesome.

We’re first on TWC again, you guys are monsters, I love you (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Know your Fans – they will make it happen to stay on top XD

I am happy that everything worked out for you – and as long you dont think to much about sitting int he wrong plane Murphy shouldnt work on you 😉
And dont think to much about the possible extra jet lag, it wont get you down, just say it as an mantra then it should work 😛

    And still:
Ninas eyes are fantastic in that last panel – a fantastic shot.

That last panel is amazing. Sure hope Filip doesn’t doesn’t wander outside of the spell’s range.

    Those eye, wonderful!
    And that sign… 😀

What lies? I’ll believe he’s not sleepy for now, waking up early and not being tired even happens to me on very seldom occasions.

But I was kind of expecting Robin…

Time for bed now, will read the comments tomorrow, hopefully.

Its the one and only way – no magic, no explosive traps, no electric fences 😉
They see the DND sign or somethingn simmilar and they know how to behave (“they dont want to be disturbed or we arent allowed in. So lets go to the next one”) and search for the next tent with no sign XD

This reminds me of an old Polish comic book I once read. One time when the protagonists were in no position to defend their fortress, they decided they had no other choice but to put up a Holy Sign.

It read, “closed for stock-taking” 🙂

(It’s funnier in context: in Socialist Poland it was apparently standard operating procedure for shops to just close down for days while taking stock… Wasn’t like disgruntled customers had the option to leave for the competition 😉 )

Have to wonder if either of them wrote that sign or someone who walked in on them did.

I was wondering the same thing. Well, maybe not actually walking in on them, maybe just in response to the sound coming from the tent 😛

From the look Filip gave it clearly he did not put the sign up. That leaves Nina but, she is a real lady, so that somehow seems out of character for her to advertise their activities like that. My guess is it was either Kasper, Rob, Ada or Laura. It seems to out of character for Nina to have done it as well. I can totally see Stefen doing it to, just to mess with them and make it awkward the next day.

Ahh I meant him to look at the sky, not at the sign… <: D And the author of the lovely cardboard message really is Nina! It's not as much out of chara for her as you guys think haha~

I dont htink it would be complete out of character – just think about the conversation she had with Filip about the shower part where she helped build/repair it – and she is an art student. All the art students i met where – how to put it in a way that nobody would think ill of me XD – a little bit more free spirited – you can find my email for hate mails on my youtube account 😛

Just went back and looked at the conversation Nina and Filip had about the showers at Too shy, and then again at Excuse. All that was said was that the motivation for showers was personal because she didn’t like smelling bad.
Also you have a point about the art students, I’d forgotten she was one. The ones I know generally are not body shy at all and are VERY “free spirited”. xD

Well, since it’s in the other direction, it shouldn’t add up. Was it as bad when you went to Japan before? I’ve heard it’s usually worse going one way than the other.

    • NotImportant Reply

It will be doubled because I’m still tired but already adjusted to the different timezone… And for me it’s equally bad I suppose. Right now th weather change is extremely hard to bear (warm and sunny in Tokyo, rainy and cold in Poland). It’s going to be my first time going back after just one week.

This may be a corny thing to say, but your eyes look stunning in this morning light…

Consciousness NI, not conscience xD (unless you’re planning to board another plane to steal someone else’s seat).

“Do Not Disturb”, eh~? i’m guessing my Flip’s reaction, he didnt hang that there. either way, someone got lucky last night, nyuck nyuck nyuck~ ;D

      • Boom Reply

Filip, you lucky bastard, you. I never had a “Do Not Disturb” sign, I just had the old fashioned “You Shall Not Enter” easily-pickable lock.

    • Klorix Camp dweller Reply

To be fair, “Do not disturb” signs are also used when you like to sleep in without people, well, disturb you. Regardless of any nightly activities.
Maybe Nina usually is a late riser?

    • NJR Reply

Yeah, it was a nice comical touch! Obviously, most people would respect the privacy of a tent, but the sign just makes it stick out- It may as well say:
Warning: Things are going down in here.

    @NotImportant so you love monsters?… Figures, I guess 😉

I’ll join in the chorus: these eyes are mesmerising.
